We are a team of women with very diverse life and work experiences who since 2013 have been working together to change the world of domestic work in Peru.
We have had the opportunity to know first-hand the situation of local and foreign domestic workers. Therefore, we decided to get involved to ensure that they have better working conditions and greater life opportunities.
In Emprendedoras del Hogar we firmely believe in domestic work with decent conditions as a means to get out of poverty and to build better life opportunities.
Our dream is that the world’s domestic workers regain their right to dream big with joy and hope, and that their jobs allow them to achieve their dreams.
